Terms & Conditions – Caravan pitches

Upon Arrival: Please  sign in at reception at The Cafe. Pitches are available from 12PM onwards on the day of your arrival up to 4 PM for check in. An extension of your stay my be possible until 5PM. Departure by 11 AM on the day of your departure.

Late arrivals: If you expect to arrive after 4PM on the first day of your stay please let us know so that you can get details of the pitch you are staying on.  You will be able to arrive no late than 9PM. You must register your stay by 10AM on the day after your holiday was due to start or otherwise it will be treated as cancelled.

Covid-19 update: We are following the government restrictions / instructions during the pandemic. You now can share the use of toilets, but we are suggesting one in / one out at all times .Also keep the adequate distance and keep your hands clean and sanitised.

Vehicles and Parking: Working vehicles including pick-up trucks, vans, open back trucks and all sign written/commercial vehicles are not allowed on the Caravan Park without specific consent from Park Rose reception.

Pets: Dogs are allowed in the caravan area. They must be kept on a lead at all times. When exercising the dog please leave the Caravan Park and pick up any dog litter and place in a bin.

Extras are as follows:
Dog: £2.00 per day
Gazebo: £2.00 per day
Extra people ( if more than 4 people): £3.00 per day

Use of the pitches: Only the number of people for who the booking has been made may occupy the pitch.

Unreasonable behaviour: For the convenience of all our guests we reserve the right to terminate a party’s booking without compensation or refund . We will not do this lightly, however; this may be applicable where the unreasonable behaviour of a holiday party might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests, our team members or staff. This may include but it is not limited to verbal or physical abuse or rudeness and swearing. The decision will be at the manager’s discretion.

Secure the booking: Full payment will be taken when you make your booking.

Cancellation of your holiday: Cancellation of your holiday:  Proof of your cancellation will be required 28 days before the date of your holiday. Where 28 days notice is not given, Park Rose will NOT provide a refund however we will provide the same number of days’ accommodation at a later date on days agreed with the party at the discretion of Park manager.

If we make alterations to your booking we will:

A) Find an alternative arrangement with the party as advertised price

B) Cancel the holiday with full refund less 20% admin costs

All special offers are subject to availability.

Minimum of 2 nights stay on weekends (Fri and Sat) Unless otherwise agreed at the manager’s discretion.

- The maximum size of any tourer permitted is 26`, tourers of a larger size will only be accommodated by special arrangement.

- Pup tents are not permitted adjacent to caravans.

- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all time. If the management consider the dog is causing a disturbance they have the discretion to request that the dog be kept inside or taken away.

Yurts and Pods Terms and Conditions

Upon Arrival: Please  sign in at reception at The Cafe.  You will be handed an envelope and your padlocks (keys). The yurts/pods will be available from 2PM onwards on the day of your arrival up to 4:00 PM for check in. An extension of your stay may be possible until 4PM on the day of your departure, as per request and a fee. Check out by 11 AM on the day of your departure. Guests need to sign out at reception at The Cafe.

Deposit: a deposit of £45.00 to cover any loss or damage will be asked on your arrival to be returned on your check out. Check out must be done at The Cafe when you return the padlocks.

You must register your stay by 10AM on the day after your holiday was due to start or otherwise it will be treated as cancelled.

Double bed linen: £25.00 per stay (maximum 1 week) If staying more than a week an extra £25.00 will be charged for a change of bed linen

Single bed linen: £15.00 per stay (maximum 1 week) If staying more than a week an extra £15.00 will be charged for a change of bed linen
